Loneliness Leads to Lashing Out!

I've been writing in this blog for a couple of months. I started it because I wanted some written record of my time in Japan as well as some kind of communication with family and friends. I had no idea that, after starting the blog, I would have to face some of worst feelings of anger, loneliness and frustration that I've ever had. Most of you don't know about it all and I have no plans to go around begging for sympathy - I'd just like a little cooperation!

I usually joke about things, but everyone knows that the clown paints a smile on his face to hide the tears. Today, I will not joke! When you read this blog, you must see the "Comment" button at the bottom of each entry. Please press the f*%@#ing button! I think I've asked a lot of you (well, like 3, I guess) to post a comment. So far, nothing!

Look, I have nothing social to do except stay late at work and overdose on coffee with middle-aged teachers. I've started fantasizing about local boys who really aren't handsome or intelligent or funny at all -- I just pretend they are. I stay home on Saturday nights and clean house or play computer games and wait for my mom to call before I pass out from boredom. For f*%#'s sake, I've left this village ONCE in six weeks! Can't you post a silly comment and make a girl happy? (OK, I guess I am begging for sympathy!)

If you have tried to comment already but for some reason your message wasn't published, I'm sorry. Please let me know and I'll try to fix it.

Now, you know what to do....

oh, daisy! I'm sorry. I sold both of my computers at home and don't have a lot of time for non-work-related internetting at work.. I know it's no excuse, but still. I hope you get this post. Sorry if it's late. You're the last person I think of as getting bored.. but, I also know you're an extremely social person. I get bored easily.. the last time I was bored in Japan, I became obsessed with L'Arc-en-Ciel and started to translate all of their nonsensical song lyrics into English. I was struggling until my friend Goro explained that even in Japanese, these lyrics were crazy.. ugh! I shall post more..
