the last few months have been great fun - but also hard work. starting over is never easy - new job, new apartment, new household furnishings, new friends, new bank accounts, new telephone numbers, new life - but i think i'm gonna stay here a long while, if only to keep from having to start all over again somewhere else.
there are so many stories to tell and lots of news to share but i have trouble mustering the ability to sit down and do something so vain as to write about MeMeMe when there are other, more important things to do -- like read other blogs, foums, news feeds and, oh yeah, work on stuff for school.
well, that's all about to change! i need to write about my experiences here - i'll regret it later if i don't. i have stacks of old journals that i kept on holidays and other studying/working/living abroad stints and while they are treasures to me, i no longer have the time or inclination to write out everything in longhand. i realize that i need to take better advantage of this blog, so over the next few days you can expect posts on such thrilling topics as...
